Solve your insomnia
Sarah offers cognitive behaviour therapy for insomnia (CBT-i). Based on solid evidence, CBT-i is the best practise and first-line treatment for insomnia.

CBT-i solves your sleep problems by treating the underlying condition unlike sleeping pills and other sleep aids which sedate and act as a bandaid solution.

Many people struggles with insomnia and related sleep disorders including:
- People with ADHD (up to 80% of adults with ADHD suffer from sleep problems)

​Sarah is trained in CBT-i and offers individual counselling for insomnia based on the work of Dr. Gregg Jacobs. The program was first developed at Harvard University.

Along with her colleague Marlee Boyle from Sleep-Works, Sarah also offers a structured 6 week online group psychoeducation and therapy program.

Participants state they find the group setting supportive and affirming. Knowing "I am not alone" is powerful. Participants become one another's champions.
