Welcome to Hergett Counselling!
We all struggle from time to time. Sometimes those struggles can be overwhelming.
By considering counselling you have taken the first step.
Counselling offers hope.
Stress can cause our mental well-being to be low. You may be experiencing challenges with your mental health. You may have been diagnosed with a mental illness such as anxiety or depression or a neurodevelopmental disorder like ADHD. Maybe you are struggling with a relationship, work or life stress, grief and loss, sleep, or with finding meaning and purpose in our present world.
The good thing is, help is available.
I am a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) and Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) supporting older teens, adults and seniors.
I help people experiencing a variety of mental health challenges online, through secure message or by phone across Canada.
